"Three beers is enough," Tony said, standing by the door. He could pursue Steve. He ought to. Back him up against something-- but you shouldn't go around pissing a super soldier off.
He didn't want to get punched. And he was sort of realizing that he might very well do worse damage by hurting Steve's feelings. That was no reason to go through with it though.
"It's... Been awhile. Honestly, wasn't expecting to get this far," he admitted.
