The staring made him want to fidget but he didn't because Captain America didn't fidget. He figured he would let Tony work through whatever was confusing about the fact that Steve liked him.

"No?" His forehead creased. "I would have let it die after a few jokes if I was teasing." He wouldn't have let it go on for over an hour. "I don't know what's tripping you up. I thought I made myself pretty clear."
