"Not necessarily whenever they want, but they're on official leave right now," Steve explains and technically he's on leave too but he doesn't have anywhere to go, not with Sam out chasing Bucky leads. He tracks down his own pants, just so he looks a little proper when Tony leaves and he raises an eyebrow at the offer.
He can hardly turn it down. "I wouldn't mind but I'm not sure they'll be able to have a jet ready for me."
