His eyes shifted down to see what Tony was already sporting and he couldn't help but smirk. He added just a smidge to the order, first bending over to pick up his pants so he could straighten them out and then he slowly started to pull his shirt up over his head.

Well, at least Steve had a few ideas how to help Tony's current problem. It meant he didn't feel bad at all turning the older man on even more.
