He didn't have to yield. Steve just wanted him to be comfortable and he would try to avoid pressing on anything that was injured. It was a feat easier said than done but he was going to do his best here. He kept kissing him as rubbed Tony through his underwear and then his hand wandered upward, finding the hem of them to pull them down, freeing the man's growing erection.
