Tony would have eaten this little boy alive. It was a good thing that Steve had come alone. "We'll do a base line and then we'll draw some more blood and see if we can't try to zap it into behaving."
Steve would likely know what 'base line' meant. Stress testing a Sentinel was dangerous. Especially one like Steve.
